EstimateScreen is an educational document-review tool. It highlights language found or not found in contractor estimates and creates questions for users to investigate. It does not verify contractor quality, legal compliance, licensing status, engineering adequacy, insurance coverage, solvency, or the accuracy of an estimate.
OCR and automated extraction can make mistakes. Users should review original proposals and independently verify important terms, credentials, permits, warranties, pricing, and payment requirements before signing a contract. EstimateScreen is not legal, engineering, insurance, financial, or licensing advice.
The Free plan includes limited use. A Project Pass is a one-time purchase associated with a selected project. EstimateScreen Plus is a recurring monthly subscription until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription cancellation generally stops future renewals; access may continue through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated during checkout or required by law.
You must have permission to upload and review the documents you submit. You may not use EstimateScreen to violate law, infringe another person's rights, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass usage or payment controls.
Features, limits, supported project types, and pricing may change as the product develops. We may correct errors, maintain the service, or suspend abusive accounts.
